Using digital technology, Cube Internet Solutions can help you make more of your photographs.

Have your favourite prints, negatives or slides scanned and put onto CD. Photographs stored digitally on a CD will not fade, crack or become stained. They can be reused time and time again with no reduction in quality.

We are able to scan 35mm negatives and slides at a resolution of up to 4000dpi. APS format film can also be scanned. When only a print is available it can be scanned using a flatbed scanner.

Digital technology allows photographs to be manipulated in ways that are not readily possible with conventional film photography. Enhancements can be made to an image to improve the appearance.

Such possibilities include:

• restoring old cracked, torn and faded photgraphs
• removal of 'redeye' and scratches or even objects
• changing backgrounds
• hand tinting to add colour to black and white photographs
• adding of text and special effects
• crop photos, convert to sepia or add a photo edge
